I kicked a hen off her nest by accident the day before this rain started, we have had over 4 inches in the last 20 hrs, its been insane and I'm sure its from that tripical storm. Whats this going to do to the Turkey Hatch this year. Short story I was trying to get a old peace of barn metal off a roof that had blown off a couple yrs back and was in weeds up to my knees, didn't even dawn on me that a turkey could have a nest near by. I pounded and pulled and made enough noise to scare Big Foot, turned to leave and by a cedar tree not 5 ft from my racket making I went to leave and she came off the nest. I just hope she went back after I left.

we have a creek called 12 Mile Creek, that flows a good ways across the county into the Ohio River, we saw pictures this morning that made it look like a River, Roads blocked and up into buildings. Nothing could ride that,,, the way that thing was a roaring. Beavers or what ever better head for high ground as it was very swift.
our phone/alert system went off twice today for a flash flood warning.
