I thought so Thanks Learch, it stayed there for the longest time I was cleaning out an old building and that log was close by, I saw the Doe and she took off but came back a little later, I was inside the old building at the time and can only imagine the Mom'ma Doe musta made a call and the fawn scrambled to her, cause it just vanished.
The field behind my house contains a lot of vetch. Every time I mow or do any work an old doe shows up. We figured she had a fawn out in there somewhere. Last week we finally saw them together several times. We are also seeing a hen turkey working it’s way through that 2-3 acre field. The other evening she sat down and stayed put. We didn’t see her move again and we had an outside dinner and we’re outside for quite a while. I’m now thinking she’s still on the nest. Every year no matter how bad I want to bush hog that nasty shaggy looking field I know better.
If 4 out of 5 people SUFFER from diarrhea... does that mean that one enjoys it?
